An exposed carbon fibre overlay for the INEOS Grenadier bonnet, with an integrated high-output LED off-road light.

Developed by KAHN® Design, the overlay follows the original bonnet contours precisely and sits over the factory hood, preserving the Grenadier's form while giving the front of the vehicle a more purposeful, technical character. The carbon fibre is finished in matte, a deliberately understated choice that complements the Grenadier's functional design.

The integrated LED unit is engineered for off-road use, providing powerful forward illumination on unlit tracks and trails. It is wired to the Grenadier's auxiliary switches in the cabin roof console, so it operates as a natural part of the vehicle's controls.

Finish and fitting

All KAHN® carbon fibre components are finished in a protective lacquer. To preserve the finish over the long term, we strongly recommend applying paint protection film (PPF) before use.

Professional installation is recommended. In-house fitting is available at an additional cost. Please enquire.

Important: The LED light is intended for off-road use only and must not be used on public roads.

Does it replace the factory bonnet?

No. It is an overlay that sits over the factory bonnet and follows its original contours.

Which vehicles does it fit?

All INEOS Grenadier and Quartermaster models from 2023 onwards.

Is the LED light road legal?

No. It is a high-output off-road light, intended for use off the public road only.

How is the light operated?

It is wired to the Grenadier's auxiliary switches in the cabin roof console.

Should the carbon fibre be protected?

Yes. It is finished in a protective lacquer, and we strongly recommend PPF before use for long-term protection.

Is fitting available?

In-stock items are usually dispatched promptly.
Custom or made-to-order items (like painted or trimmed parts) may take a little longer, we'll let you know lead times when you order.
International shipping is sent on DAP terms (Delivered at Place). This means any local import duties, taxes or fees are set by your country and are your responsibility. Need help with customs? We can provide HS codes and country of origin info on request.
When your delivery arrives, please check it carefully before the courier leaves. If there's any damage, make a note with the driver and contact us within 48 hours - including photos - so we can help.

Returns

UK customers can return unused, unfitted items in original packaging within 14 days of delivery.
Trade customers must request authorisation before returning items. A 25% handling charge may apply.
Please note: Customised or made-to-order products may not be eligible for return unless faulty.

Warranty

All products come with a warranty covering manufacturing defects.

This doesn't cover:

Damage from impact or kerbing
Incorrect installation
Track use
Surface damage caused by harsh or chemical cleaners
