The INEOS Grenadier Extra Wide Package 2 G22 (2023–Present) combines strength, precision, and design into one complete package. It includes 9x20 RS-Forged Alloy Wheels finished in Matte Black and 40mm ABS Wide Arches, delivering a wider stance and confident road presence while maintaining seamless factory integration.
The RS-Forged wheels feature a deep concave profile for a bold aesthetic, engineered for durability both on and off-road. The 40mm Wide Arches, produced from OEM-quality ABS and finished in Textured Matte Black, provide flexibility to remain unpainted for a rugged appearance or can be colour-matched for a refined finish. This balance of form and function enhances the Grenadier’s look while preserving usability across varied environments.
To complete the package, KAHN® Union Flag badges, crafted from zinc alloy and detailed in polished chrome with satin black accents, are set into custom recesses on each arch for a subtle yet distinguished detail.
Finish & Preparation
- Supplied in Raw Satin Black ABS – painting required.
- Delivered unpainted, straight from the mould – light surface marks or tooling lines may be visible.
- Recommended process for a professional finish:
- Prep: Clean and lightly scuff the surface.
- Prime: Use a plastic-specific or adhesion-promoting primer.
- Paint: Finish with your preferred automotive-grade top coat.

- In-stock items are usually dispatched promptly.
- Custom or made-to-order items (like painted or trimmed parts) may take a little longer, we'll let you know lead times when you order.
- International shipping is sent on DAP terms (Delivered at Place). This means any local import duties, taxes or fees are set by your country and are your responsibility. Need help with customs? We can provide HS codes and country of origin info on request.
- When your delivery arrives, please check it carefully before the courier leaves. If there's any damage, make a note with the driver and contact us within 48 hours - including photos - so we can help.
Returns
- UK customers can return unused, unfitted items in original packaging within 14 days of delivery.
- Trade customers must request authorisation before returning items. A 25% handling charge may apply.
- Please note: Customised or made-to-order products may not be eligible for return unless faulty.
Warranty
All products come with a warranty covering manufacturing defects.
