Chelsea Truck Company is pleased to officially unveil the coach-built Land Rover Defender 90 Flying Huntsman 105 Long Nose.
Design by Afzal Kahn, the Flying Huntsman model conveys coach-built excellence, with over 15 inches added to the standard 90-inch wheelbase, giving the vehicle a unique look. In addition, the front has been lengthened by 400mm and the width by 150mm.
Based on the Defender 90 pickup, both the suspension and brakes were completely overhauled, with the introduction of a 6 speed automatic gearbox and cubby box in leather also proving to be a contributing factor in terms of an improved ride and overall performance.
The vehicle also features front and rear wide wings with vents and bolt apertures, extended wheel arches, bonnet release cable, front bumper replacement including bumper lights and sump guard in stainless steel, shadow chrome headlamps, front bumper replacement with bumper lights, bonnet and side vents with mesh stainless steel, side steps, X-Lander front grille, 9 x 20” Mondial Retro Volcanic Black alloy wheels in Volcanic Black along with a Chelsea Truck Co wheel cover.
The interior of the Chelsea Truck Company Flying Huntsman Longnose Defender is adorned with luxury, starting with front and rear seats, re-upholstered in quilted and perforated Black leather.
A custom centre console, dashboard, grab handles, door panels, instrument binnacle, headliner, sun visors, a new Churchill time clock, rev counter fascia, 3 spoke Kahn billet steering wheel, new vented machined aluminium foot pedals and rubber mud flaps exude a charming combination of luxury and style.
