The Billing Land Rover Fest took place in July 2020, bringing together Land Rover owners, collectors and enthusiasts from across the UK and Europe for one of the community’s most recognised annual gatherings.
Held at Billing Aquadrome in Northampton from 25–27 July, the event continued its long-standing reputation as a meeting point for specialists, restorers and off-road enthusiasts. Exhibitors, arena demonstrations and vehicle showcases covered everything from heritage restoration and performance upgrades to accessories and expedition builds.
Among the vehicles on display was the Kahn Land Rover Defender 2.2 TDCI XS 90 Wide Track, demonstrating the potential of the Defender platform through bespoke engineering and design. Visitors also had the opportunity to see the Land Rover Series I, a historically significant model with fewer than 40,000 units ever produced.
The festival attracted more than 20,000 attendees and had been running for over two decades at the time, reflecting its importance within the Land Rover community. Scheduled during the school holidays, it also remained accessible for families, with free entry for children under 15 accompanied by parents.
The 2020 event reinforced Billing’s position as a key gathering for those passionate about Land Rover heritage, craftsmanship and vehicle development.
