The Jeep Wrangler: An All American Off Road Icon Or City Cruiser?

Back to News
published on 25th January 2016 by Steve Whitaker
Hardcore off-roaders refer to the Jeep as an all American icon whilst young twenty or thirty some things refer to Afzal Kahn’s interpretation of the Jeep Wrangler, the Chelsea Truck Company CJ300 as a fashionable vehicle worthy of being driven to the most exclusive events in town.

This begs the question – are you an off-roader or a city slicker?

Allow Kahn News to look into why.

City Slicker

Amongst the fashionable streets of London, L.A and Dubai, the CJ300 would not look out of place. Not only will you be the talk of the town, you will embody all that is cool.

A four-slot Chelsea Truck Company grille, side wing blades, quad exhaust system in stainless steel, LED Diamond bright and horizontal headlights will leave a shadow of nonchalance wherever you go.

The generous interior simply begs the beholder to take a step inside. Like all Chelsea Truck Company models, the Jeep Wrangler CJ300 is designed in every respect to the needs of the discerning individual.

Furthermore, an exclusive leather upholstery package has ensured that our vision for the Chelsea Truck Defender to be seen as a fashion icon has turned out to be spot on.

Is there a better looking Jeep Wrangler out there?

Off-Road

An off-roader dreams of conquering rivers and mountainous areas with relative ease.

We are talking about the epitome of ruggedness, one can experience a range of emotions –you can really be swept from the nadir of despondency to absolute jubilation.

One minute you are stuck in a ditch and the next you are driving at speed on a rocky trail - such is the rollercoaster that is the world of off-roading.

One must also throw a set of Kahn wheels into the equation because if you are going to go off-road you may as well do it in style!

Surely hardcore off-roaders should get used to driving in the comfort of front GTB sports seats re-upholstered in black and red quilted/perforated leather.

What’s the score?

It is natural to want the best of both worlds without having to make any concessions, but we want something that ticks both the rugged and stylish boxes and the CJ300 will satisfy all parties.

One word of advice for city slickers - don’t be deceived by the robust silhouette this exemplary vehicle is a style icon.

As for off-roaders, do not for one second; think that the Jeep Wrangler CJ300 has gone soft, just because it is perceived as a style icon by the fashion conscious; this does not mean it is not ‘manly’ enough to be a real tough off-road machine.

The bottom line is - the CJ300 is both an American off road icon and a city cruiser!
